So much information

It took me almost a year to learn how to heal myself.

It wasn't that the ability to heal myself wasn't there within me, it's just that there is no solid place to find information on how to do so. One person will write some small piece of information in a Medical Journal, another tid bit can be found in a book or magizine. But never was there a place that brought everything together.

I have made this website to help others find that information in a concise, simple to understand format.
